Research On The Core Value Orientation In The Course Of Political Development In China

People are the connecting point of value and political system.Similarly, excellent political systems can provide some kind ofpossibility to that expectation, but the system itself needs to bepromoted by progressive value. Thus, we can see that what make upthe development of politics are people, value and the political system.Since the establishment of new China in1949, the Communist Partyof China (CCP) has been the has been the governing party for over60years, has realized the transformation from a revolution party to agoverning party, and has blazed a path of socialism with Chinesecharacteristics. However, problems exist in the political developmentof every country. For China, these problems mainly ascribes to thepolitical system and institution.In the author’s opinion, these problems are closely related to thefailure in establishing a proper, scientific and clear core value systemfor political development, and can never be solved by stopgaps. In thisthesis, the author took the transformation of CCP，s governingphilosophy since1949as the main clue, classified the governingconcept of the main leaders in each development stage of CCP,explored their characteristics, inheritance and innovation, andsummarized those concepts in the end. The author tired to extract thecore value of socialism with Chinese characteristics, furthersummarize and reveal the core value oirentation of China’s political development, and provided a new analytical model and viewpoint forthe research of CCP’s governing philosophy from the perspective ofcore value orientation in political development. The author’scognitions and advices about the perfection and development of thecore value of China’s future political development were alsoembodied in this thesis.Through research, the author holds that the governing philosophyof CCP has transformed from a close and simple one to an open andmultiple one, both inherited and advanced with the time. Though notintentionally defined, the core value system of China’s politicaldevelopment is now in the making as the deepening of CCP’sgoverning concept and the promoting of the governing capacity. Thesocialist value outlook is no other than a summarization of the corevalue at a certain stage. The latter half of the thesis is mainly aboutthe socialist value outlook. The author conducted his research from aperspective of the value orientation of political development, andsummarized the general transformational trend of it in the new time.
