Exploration Of Group Work About Community Home-based Care Services

In recent years, the number of China’s elderly population gradually increased, the pension problem has become the most important issue of people’s livelihood. Because of the population aging in our country with "not rich first old", at the same time, Home-based care model is proposed and implemented in the country.Different from the traditional sense of "family", the Home-based makes full use of community resources to provide pension services for elderly people living at home. It is a useful supplement to the current pension model, to establish a long-term and stable elderly care system, to develop elderly welfare, even more, to solve the problem of aging population in China. But the current relevant legal system is not perfect, because of lacking of professional guidance idea of home care and service skill, this model does not give full play to its function of serving the old people and can not effectively meet the needs of the elderly.Based in the Q community, the author intervene from the perspective of social work, to analyse the current situation of community home-based care services and the insufficiency; to explore intervention direction and the service space of the group work in the community home care; deficiencies, constraints and the corresponding solutions of the intervention of social work in the community home care services; Explore and reflect on how to carry out community mobilization, establish and develop the elderly mutual wareness and publicity in the administrative system to enhance the social participation of the elderly, to fully mobilize the resources for community home-based care services.
