China has a large population base, and the aging trend is becoming more and more serious.China's pension services are facing tremendous pressure.Especially empty nesters are constrained by their physical condition and realistic needs. There are more needs and problems in the pension than ordinary elderly people, which need urgent attention.Empty nesters are a special group of elderly people:on the one hand, with the increase of age,the physical condition of the elderly is deteriorating, various kinds of old age diseases come in succession, empty nesters can not get timely care of their children;on the other hand, influenced by traditional culture or life experience, their mental state is much worse than before, coupled with the absence of their children, will also produce depression and self-reliance.I have a low sense of efficacy and other psychological problems, and I have a huge spiritual need.Faced with these practical problems, the traditional family pension model is difficult to effectively solve, and social work as an important force in social non-profit organizations plays an important role in solving the problem of community pension can not be ignored.Based on practical experience, the author studies empty-nest elderly in C community, and the main objectives of the study are as follows:first,to understand their living conditions and pension problems through close contact with empty-nest elderly, and find out the causes of the problems and integrate the classification,so as to provide integrated services for empty-nest elderly;second,to solve the problems of the survey, combining with home-based pension service center.Resources,to develop service plans for empty-nest elderly;Third,to promote the change of empty-nest elderly pension concept, encourage them to go out of the family, actively accept the new pension mode-home care services, encourage empty-nest elderly children to strengthen emotional ties with their parents, and appeal to the public to pay attention to the special group of empty-nest elderly, advocate respect for the elderly, filial piety and respect for the elderly.A good social atmosphere will be formed. The author collects real information through interviews, surveys and case analysis.Based on the hierarchy of needs theory, social support theory and family life cycle theory, the author uses case social work and community social work methods to intervene in home-based pension services for empty-nest elderly, giving full play to the pertinence advantages of case work and the integration advantages of community work,so as to build social support for empty-nest elderly.Hold a system to solve the problem of old-age support.China's huge pension pressure needs professional third-party social service organizations to alleviate, social work service is the main force.Social work,as a professional service personnel, has unique advantages in solving the special problem of empty nesters. However, due to the restriction of social workers'professional level and the influence of social identity, there are some limitations in the process of intervention, such as insufficient needs assessment, low degree of specialization, insufficient innovation and insufficient publicity of activities. The solution of these problems requires the self-determination of social workers' teams.I am promoted. However, the development of the service system for the empty-nest elderly at home is not enough to rely solely on the strength of social work and social workers. It needs policy support and financial support from the state and the government. It also needs the public to recognize the status quo of the empty-nest elderly and identify with the mode of home-based pension. Finally,it needs the empty-nest elderly to change their ideas and actively respond to the empty-nest life.
