"Executing is difficult," has long been criticized by judicial practice, the results lead to long lasting judicial authority and credibility of the judiciary have been seriously affected. The phenomenon is backed by a variety of factors that constitute,both subjective, there are objective realities, and different factors are intertwined with each other hybridity has increased the difficulty to solve. For this situation, this thesis is the entry point to execute deterrence mechanism from the entire focus execution mechanisms, complemented by basic system as the cornerstone of deterrence by improving the practical execution of measures to resolve the cases of help, in order to achieve the effect of the rule of law form a good atmosphere thus creating a law-abiding atmosphere affect the overall momentum of cases solved, in order to fundamentally solve the difficulty in execution.This thesis is divided into three parts, the first part is an introduction, a brief introduction to execute difficult and its causes, and to compare results with the foreign beneficial experience for reference. Secondly, the body part is divided into three chapters: the first chapter of the theory of deterrence mechanism to execute elaborate and explore its connotation and extension, in order to clarify the development context to draw their own point of view; the second chapter is mainly for its Operational Status analysis, and found that one of the problems; the third chapter of the issues raised above perfect path and propose appropriate solutions as well as his assistant, from the macro and micro three angles, thereby enabling the execution of the deterrent effect has been to further develop mechanisms for the execution has been difficult to resolve. Finally, the last part of the execution mechanism proposed deterrence expectations and outlook.
