The Basic Experience Of The Party’s Legal Education Since The Reform And Opening Up

On eighteen big reports of the party, realizing socialism should be adhere to the three parts, namely, the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the country’s national sovereignty, the rule of law. The leadership of the Communist Party of China is the prerequisite and guarantee; the country’s national sovereignty is the core and essence of the system of Chinese institution system; the rule of law is the aims and the approach. As an important part of the political education system in the world, legal education has become more and more popular, and be taken as an effective means of rule of law by the various countries. Therefore, our country should strengthen legal education, such as improving the legal literacy comprehensively, promoting the rule of law progress. However, what approach should be adopted to strengthen legal education has become an important problem to be solved. In order to better adapt to the development situation of our country, under the guidance of Marx’s system, based on the whole process of our country since the reform and opening up, as well as the origin, development and changes of domestic legal education, this paper mainly used the historical and dialectical analysis method, analyzed China’s current legal education in detail, summed up several principles and successful experience simultaneously.By reading a large number of literature data, combining theoretical analysis with practice, comparing the domestic and foreign legal education and research, the author analyzed and evaluated the development of legal education in China. This paper includes five chapters. The first chapter mainly introduced the significance and goal of the study, based on a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, basic ideas and methods of this research formed, and established the innovation of this study. The second chapter is the theory part, it firstly straightened out the definition of related topics, summarized the function of legal education, reiterated the importance and necessary of the study, at the same time, based on the literature data, it put forward some basic principles which need an attention in the process of legal education. The third chapter introduced the origin, development and changing course of legal education since the initiation of reform and opening. Through the analysis, this chapter mainly divided into three parts to introduce, that is start-up phase, development phase, and innovation and deepening stage. It explained profound theories in simple language description and analysis of the situation and the characteristics of each stage in the Chinese legal education, and finally summarized the development in three stages and the present situation. The fourth chapter discusses the achievements and problems of Chinese legal education, comprehensively analyzed the corresponding significant results since the initiation of reform and opening, and studied the problem and difficulties in-depth on the basis of status, aiming at providing theoretical support for the future development. The fifth chapter mainly summarized the experiences of our country in the construction of legal system, and based on this, hunted for the effective experience which not only can fully consider the special situation of our country, strengthen the leadership of the Communist Party of Chinese, but also keep pace with the times and continue to innovate, in order to promote the follow-up work better, broaden the way of Chinese law, and provide theoretical guidance for the ideal of rule of law.Research and summary of the legal education and research experience since the initiation of reform and opening, not only helps to consolidate the ruling of Communist Party of China, comprehensively promote the development of spiritual civilization, reflecting the important theoretical meaning; but also contribute to our society more stable and harmonious, quicken reform of the system, deepen the development of the socialist system, having significant practice meaning. In the process of social history in China, only based on the situation, keeping pace with the times, constantly reforming and innovating, enhancing the promotion of legal education, can we more quickly and efficiently achieve a comprehensive rule of law idea.
