Research On Achievements Of The Construction Of Chinese Government By The Rule Of Law Since The Reform And Opening-up

Since the reform and opening-up,the Party,the state's leaders and people have a deeper understanding of the government by the rule of law,and the major conferences of the Party and the state have mentioned the constriction of Chinese government by the rule of law,and constantly adjust policies and measures to promote the further construction of Chinese government by the rule of law through the introduction of implementation systems,regulations and other means.It is enough to see that the Party and the state's leaders pay considerable attention to and attach to the construction of the government by the rule of law.The construction of Chinese government by the rule of law has made fruitful achievements during this process,and the exercise of the administrative power of the government is more standardized.The paper studies the proposition of “achievements of the construction of Chinese government by the rule of law since the reform and opening-up”,and wants to sum up the exploration and practice of the construction of Chinese government by the rule of law in the past forty years since the reform and opening-up and sum up main achievements and experience of the construction of Chinese government by the rule of law to enhance confidence and provide guidance from experience in order to further promote the construction and realization of the goal that the country by the rule of law,the government by the rule of law and the society by the rule of law basically establish in 2035.This paper uses the method of theoretical research and the combination of history and logic.It takes the views of Chinese and western scholars on the government by the rule of law as the theoretical basis,and takes the exploration and practice of the construction of Chinese government in the past forty years since the reform and opening-up as the practical factual basis to sum up the main achievements and basic experience in the process of the construction.This paper analyzes the construction of Chinese government since the reform and opening-up from four aspects: The first is to expound and compare the domestic and foreign scholar's views on the government by the rule of law,and summarizes the characteristics and the necessity of the construction of Chinese government by the rule of law to provide theoretical basis for the following discussion.The second is to review the course of the construction of Chinese government by the rule of law since the reform and opening-up.The third is to sum up huge achievements of the construction of Chinese government by the rule of law during this process and affirm the significance and achievements of the construction of Chinese government by the rule of law.The fourth is to sum up the basic experience of the construction of Chinese government by the rule of law from achievements since the reform and opening-up.At the same time it combines the actual construction situation and puts forward the experience that our country should draw lessons from in the construction of the government by the rule of law in the future and problems need to pay attention to.
