Legal Thinking On Promoting The Development Of China’s Private Pension Institutions

With the deepening of the aging society, society needs to care for the elderly population presents an increasing trend, rely on the traditional model of family pension, has become increasingly difficult to cope with the increasingly serious pension situation. However, due to China’s relevant laws and regulations of private pension institutions imperfect, no clear definition of property rights, profit model is still in the exploration phase of private pension institutions have faced sluggish external sources of funding, confusion and a lack of institutional development operability problems that become a restricting private pension institutions development bottleneck. Therefore, this article attempts by the definition of private pension institutions to explore and analyze the legal nature of the research path, learn from experience and the development of foreign pension institutions, to explore a set of sound system design for the development of private pension institutions to provide more effective legal protection, and in their access to finance, to operations development, tax relief and other aspects of support and specifications, so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of China’s private pension institutions, to promote the pension service to the community to make some contribution.
