Based on the Jinan private pension institutions as the research object, using themethod of surveys and interviews to analyze the development status and development of theplight of Jinan private pension institutions, discovered the Jinan private pension institutionsexist imperfect management system, insufficient funds and human resources, managementidea obsolete and other issues. On this basis the article put forward some reasonableproposals and measures from the Government, the private pension institutions, and socialaspects in order to promote the rapid development of Jinan private pension institutions.
