There is a very important significance in construction of grass-roots service-oriented party organizations. On the one hand, through the construction of the grass-roots service-oriented party organizations to further safeguard the democratic rights of Party members, to help college party members play a vanguard and exemplary role. On the other hand, it can close the party and masses’ relationship through the construction of grass-roots service-oriented party organizations, and create a harmonious campus culture, and promote the reform and development of higher education, contribute to society with intelligence and human resources, assist the regional development and the construction of harmonious society.Currently College in exploration College grass-roots service-oriented party construction aspects also has made some results, has emerged a typical model, such as South Medical University of "three into three promoting" engineering, Beijing Polytechnic University of "zero distance between CPC and the mass" engineering, Guangdong Language Trade University for youth teachers of "four kinds of heart &four pushed" engineering and the model of CPC’ mass line education practice activities in Colleges and Universities of Hunan province-Xiangtan University "three into, and three zero, and three competition" activities. These service-oriented construction of the party’s grass-roots success can be summed up in University service-oriented construction of the party’s grass-roots experience, which attaches great importance to the ideological and political education, establishing excellent typical through social activities, carrying out service activities, strengthening party construction innovation, efforts to upgrade service ability and level of party organizations and party members. But, in exploration process, It also appeared some problem, the main performance is as following: in organization aspects, service organization nature not high, makes service work is hard to carried out; in service consciousness aspects, the identity consciousness of members is not strong, service consciousness is not enough; in service carrier aspects, the content and form of service are comparing single, the attraction of service activities is not strong; In service attitude aspects, the service capacity is insufficient, go through the service motions, implementation does not reach the designated position. To a certain extent, these problems restrict the effect of service activities and service work of grass-roots organization in colleges and universities. In the inductive analysis, these problems can be attributed to that the service consciousness does not reach the designated position, the service team is not strong, the service design is unreasonable, the service platform is limited and service system and mechanism is not perfect and so on. According to the status quo of the College party organization at the grass-roots service, this article tries to put forward four proposals: strengthening education management, improve the service consciousness and ability; Construct service platforms, enrich the content of service, and build some service brands; Perfect the service system, and improve the mechanism for service; Innovate the contraction of grass-roots party organizations, and build a "Big party construction" service pattern.
