The Communist Party of China in the process of developing and building the party,constantly summing up historical experience, active learning practice within the party.During Yanan period, The CPC attached particular importance to education in the party.According to the revolutionary situation and the developments of the situation within the party, the CPC carried out various types of educational practice within the party, not only enrich the content of the study and education in the party, and improved the educational system within the party. Yan ’ an period, party educational practice learning has an important position in the history of education in the party and played an important role in the development of the CPC, the experience for the construction of study-oriented party is of great significance.In view of this, the paper in the following five chapters. Firstly, elaborated the party background and practical significance of the study of educational practice. Secondly,from the real terms and conditions both within the party analysis of the historical background of study and education in the party in Yanan period practice. Thirdly, Yan ’ an period was discussed from three phase learning process and contents of education within the party. Fourthly, elaborated effectiveness and lack of the inner-party education practice.The fifth chapter, from the angle of constructing study-oriented party illustrates experience and enlightenment of the Yanan period party educational practiceDuring Yanan period, undertaken by the Communist Party of China learning education practices adapt to the vast number of party members and cadres within the party desperate need to improve the level of Marxist theory which conforms to the requirements of urgent need for unity within the party. Meanwhile, the CPC’s continuous accumulation of practical experience as well as learning education in Yan ’ an period of inner-party education provides a solid foundation for learning. Yan ’ an period, the CPC persist in seeking truth from facts and under the principle of integrating theory with practice, continuous development and improvement of the inner-party study methods,content and systems. It is divided into three phases, from 1935 to 1938, and from 1938 to1942, and from 1942 to 1948. At different historical stages in the learning style, content and system of educational practice within the party are constantly improving. Yan ’ an period party educational practices not only improve the level of Marxist theory of party members, and the unified guiding ideology of the whole party, but also to promote the localization of Marxism in China.
