Job hunt, the study of migrant workers is one of the hot topics in the study of migrant workers. Since the mid-1990 s, influenced by weak ties to Granovetter under represented strength of social network analysis paradigm assumptions, domestic scholars have also begun the research from the paradigm of research job problems of migrant workers,However, the conclusion is not the same. Based on the paradigm of social network analysis, the author made a further discussion on the study of relationship and job junt, believing that different countries have different characteristics, and the same countries of different nationalities have different results. Therefore, the author based on the assumptions of strong ties on bian yanjie,on the basis of combining with the characteristics of Chinese minority traditional culture, and give priority to the new generation of Hui migrant workers, empirically have the research on the process of their obtaining jobs to know which is the main factor between strong ties and weak relationship, and analyze the characteristics of the new generation of Hui migrant workers social relation network.This study mainly based on data analysis uses a quantitative research methods. A questionnaire survey was conducted in the new generation of Hui migrant workers for the three communities in Lanzhou City. Based on the statistical analysis of the questionnaire sorting, coding and data input, it was concluded that in the process of hui Cenozoic migrant workers’ careers, mainly the blood and geopolitical relations of strong relation network,social network size, the top of the social network, the level of education and social network heterogeneity as their influencing factors of the new generation migrant workers’ careers, which can be mainly displayed in:(1)the more the number of new generation migrant workers pay a visit on holidays, that is, the form is given priority to with relatives and friends of the strong relationship can help hui Cenozoic migrant workers get more professional;(2)high prestige job show significant effect on the social relation network of the hui new generation of migrant workers;(3)the level of education of the hui nationality position of new generation migrant workers presents the positive influence;( 4) the hui nationality of participant in the new generation of migrant workers pay a visit on holidays network professional quantity is less, they are more likely to be effectively obtain professional through its strong relationship network composed of information resources and human resources.
