The Predicament And Outlet Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers From The Perspective Of A Harmonious Society

The new generation of migrant workers is a special group in China’s economic and socialtransition period, their problems related to the stability and development of the nationaleconomy, this paper makes a detailed and profound elaboration on the dilemma and solutionof the problem of new generation migrant workers from the perspective of a harmonioussociety. This article mainly includes four parts: first, the meaning and characteristics of thenew generation of migrant workers; from the current perspective, a farmer who makes a livingwith the physical or technology in the town called "migrant workers"; a farmer who is the70s,80s or90s, that making a living with technology or intellectual in the town called "newgeneration migrant workers". They are new because of young, and no experience on farming,they have a strong yearning for city life, and have not big family burden; secondly, the newgeneration of migrant workers face a dilemma; such as unequal employment opportunities,the problem of payment security,the problem of social security, the problem of hard tointegrate into city society, and the problem of crime; finally, suggestions and countermeasuresto solve the problems the new generation of migrant workers, such as increasing the intensityof training the new generation of migrant workers, strengthen the protection of the newgeneration of migrant workers rights, given new generation of migrant workers equalopportunity of access to education, culture, health and other public services, gradually set upthe urban housing security system of migrant workers, migrant workers launched thecoverage of social insurance system, reform the household registration system, and promotethe development of township enterprises in less developed regions, to strengthen and improveleadership migrant workers work and efforts, the new generation of migrant workers shouldrenew ideas, strengthen study, improve their own quality; this paper gives interpretation andsuggestions of the predicament and outlet of the new era of migrant workers through thesequestions.From the perspective of a harmonious society, the new generation of migrant workers isnot only a social structure, but also the problems of themselves, rather, should be the result ofsocial environment and human behavior interaction.
