Research On Villagers’ Autonomy In Context Of The Socialism New Rural

After The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, along with our country rural economic system reform and the advancement of the national democratization, villagers’ autonomy as the rural social governance mode arises at the historic moment, and promotes the rural construction of democratic politics. Obviously,the standard of democracy at the basic politics construction is one of the major issues of common concern nowadays. And villagers’ autonomy is the core content of rural grassroots democratic political construction,the important part of rural grassroots democratic political system, and a main expressing mechanism of farmers’ interests.After more than 30 years’ development, the villagers’ autonomy have acquired remarkable achievements, to rural China and even the entire national political and economic development and comprehensive progress had a profound impact. However, under the background of new socialist rural construction of democratic politics is still confronted with a new conundrum and new assignments.
