New Socialist Countryside Under The Perspective Of Villagers Autonomy Problem Research

Villagers’autonomy is an important part of the socialism democratic political construction, as also as the right method to deal with agriculture, countryside and farmers in the period of modernization. Party’s16session of fifth plenary session made an important decision to accelerate socialist new rural construction, put forward the new rural construction strategy of implementation of "production development, life well-off, local custom civilization, village neatly, management democracy" for content. There is no doubt that rural "management democracy" is the meaning of the new rural construction. To build a new socialist countryside under the background of villager autonomy is the party led hundreds of millions farmers in the process of building socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics great creation, it not only promotes the rural democratization process, also promote the reform and development of rural economy, maintain the stability of the rural society. At the same time, the socialism new rural reconstruction to the villager’s autonomy has brought the new topic and new missions. In this paper, the first part introduces the selected topic background, puts forward the relevant literature review. The third part mainly discusses the villagers’ autonomy in the process of new socialist rural construction present situation, including the achievements and problems. Last chapter for part of villagers’ autonomy on the existing problems and defects, launched a series of discussion and research, to answer for perfecting the villager autonomy, including perfecting the villager autonomy of the relevant laws, processing, and coordinate the two "relationship", raise the level of basic-level party organization’s leadership and the ruling level and so on.
