The villagers(residents) autonomous system is a basic system of our country village, community management. The village committee and neighborhood committees as the majority of villagers and residents agent, representative of the general population to perform the management of public affairs, the powers and duties of the decision-making and behavior, and closely related to the interests of villagers and residents. With the development of economy of our country market, democratic politics as well as the deepening of public information resources increased public demand, the inherent requirements of the village, community information publicity has become the inevitable trend of democratic autonomy.In our country, village, community information disclosure experience created by the spontaneous grassroots self-governing organizations, to formulate relevant laws and regulations of state formally on the agenda, and around the formation and development of standardization system and comprehensively promote the level and quality of information disclosure, the continuous improvement of. But at the same time, we also found in parts of the village community, the information disclosure in China, there is a system without execution, open content just specious writing, open forms, procedures are not standardized, low public participation. Because of these problems, we need to study how to promote the in-depth development of village community information public.This thesis through the theory of popular sovereignty, the right to know the theory, "economic man" theory, analyzing the theoretical basis of village community, public information, refer to the relevant literature, combined with the village, community information disclosure practice situation in Chengdu, City Hall of village community information disclosure work practice as the case, summing up its experience and inspiration significance, as China to further promote the village community information publicly available reference.
