Analysis On The System Construction Of The Communist Party Of China In The New Period

The Soviet Union was an important force in the socialist movement in the world. As the ruling party of the Soviet Union, Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU) had already supported by the people of the Soviet Union, and occupied an important position in international political arena. However, the radical change of the Soviet Union was a major event that affects the world in the 20th century. As the ruling party in socialist country, the Communist Party of China (CPC) was shaken by the event. Although the collapse of the CPSU is a devastating historical tragedy, the historical tragedy should be serving as the basis for further advance and providing inspiration for the future. Several generations of the CPC had not forgotten the history of the collapse of the CPSU. Through drawing lessons from the event, the CPC enhance capacity-building all the time to keep the vigorous vitality.The key to handle China affairs lies in the CPC. At present, as the Party’s conditions continue to undergo profound changes, we are faced with unprecedented opportunities for development as well as risks and challenges unknown before. Thus, we must be keenly aware that there is still much room for improvement in our work. Report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party points out that we should speed up to improve Party rules and regulations. We should run through the Party system construction to other aspects and improve Party rules and regulations to be more coordinate, effective and useful. Therefore this paper upholds the guidance of the Marxism to strengthen the system construction of the CPC. Based on the real-life society and respecting to the history and also combining theories and practice, the paper will summarize the CPC achievements in the system construction; reflect on the process and system reason of the collapse of the CPSU. In addition, on the basis of profound consideration of the collapse of the CPSU, the paper also analyses the successful experience and weakness in the system construction of the CPC, in order to enhance our Party’s ability to govern well and constantly improve our Party’s leadership. Only by this, can we be led by the CPC to early realize the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.
