About The Construction Of Network Virtual Property In Our Country Criminal Law Protection System

The rapid development of network technology is not only promoting human society progress, but also spawned a whole new world- the virtual world. The strong development of the virtual world makes it in an alarming speed intrusion into every aspect of human life, as a carrier and platforms, a variety of new things constantly produce from it. Virtual property is one of the most which gets people’s attention. In fact, virtual property is actually known by the public because of the popularity of online games. In the game world, most players can get virtual assets, and when it comes to the issue of such property, even if it is virtual property will inevitably produce some conflict disputes. Moreover, such disputes not only happen in online game, it scope has been gradually extended to the entire virtual world. And because virtual property produced in the world which are obviously different to real world, which makes the current law not able to solve these disputes. It also makes many users who are violated of legitimate rights and interests face the embarrassment of uphold right. Therefore, taking into account for the above reasons, and virtual property crimes have enormous influence to virtual world order and economy, so I believe that virtual property should also be regulated and protected by criminal law. Therefore, this paper will start from the network virtual property, analyzed and studied through current abound but unsolved problems which violate virtual property. Moreover, this paper will discuss the protections and solutions of virtual property in China with the field of criminal law.
