Research On Civil Protection Order System In Prevention And Control Of Family Violence

Family violence has been the dull ache all over the world, which seriously threatens not only the harmonious family, social development, but also the physical and mental health of women and children. It has been proved out that the civil protection order system had great influence on anti-domestic violence in many countries around the world. As a result, we need to establish the civil protection order system within the scope of our nation, in the hope of promoting a harmonious society and objecting to the domestic violence.This paper with four parts, mainly discusses civil protection order measures related to the prevention and suppression of women domestic violence. The first part introduces the basic problems of family violence and civil protection order system(including concept, connotation, characteristics, causes, etc..). The second part mainly discusses the specific application of prevention and control of family violence civil protection order system in the world. The third part mainly introduces the status quot of family violence and its current problems from the perspective of legislation and application on civil protection order system.The fourth part mainly talks about both the necessity and feasibility of introducing the civil protection order system. Besides,the author puts forward specific suggestions and views related to the anti-domestic violence draft.
