Governance Qingjian County "shell Village"

With the deepening of reform and opening and modernization, China has entered a critical period of transition from traditional agricultural society to the modern society. This paper will be referred to as "hollow village", and select Qingjian County of Shaanxi Province as a typical representative of the practice research for the case, and the formation of a detailed understanding of basic situation of Qingjian county "hollow village" comprehensive analysis "process, and causes a series of problems brought by the shell of the village", finally put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of shell "the village governance". Specifically:Firstly, introduces the research background, summarizes and reviews the domestic and foreign status of the research status of "empty village" and comprehensive contents, research ideas and theoretical results to determine the ideas and methods of this research, research characteristic and innovation, and expounds the significance of this study.Secondly, "hollow village" research related to explain the theory. It is pointed out that the definition and features of "hollow village", and combining the theory of social integration, the integration of urban and rural and social change, in Qingjian County practice case investigation, Qingjian County "hollow village" status, formation process and the problems and causes of the comprehensive analysis and study.Finally, Qingjian County to the point to a plane through the analysis, pointed out the Qingjian County as the representative of "hollow village" in social change, the process of economic and social development has the typical significance of "hollow village" governance overall train of thought and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the end.
