Study On The Current Situation Of The Village Cadres Building

The Party Central Committee and the State Council attached great importance to the “ three problems about countryside,agriculture and farmers”work,since 2004,has been the introduction of 12 consecutive central No. 1 document,actively promote the agricultural and rural economic society’s healthy and great development. 2015 central document point out that China will step up reforms and innovation to speed up agricultural modernization in 2015.The document says as the Chinese economy, under the new normal, shifts from high-speed to medium-to-high-speed growth, it has become a key issue to continue consolidating the position of agriculture as the foundation of the economy and to further increase farmers’ incomes.Village cadres are in the front line of grass-roots work, and they are the bridge and link between the party, the government and the rural masses. They charge with the implementation of guidelines and policies in the rural areas, make the relationship between the party and the masses closely, and unite and lead the masses to build moderately prosperous society, which all related to the status of the party and the government in the eyes of the masses, and also directly related to the reform, development and stability in rural areas. "The village see the village, the household see the household, the masses see the cadres", practice has proved, development of a village is closely related to the construction of village cadres’ quality, ability, style, but also represents the image of the party and government, directly affects the rural reform, development and stability. During 2014 March in Lankao, General Secretary Xi Jinping reinforced” the village cadres were foundation, they seat low, but had a great responsibility,I hope everyone do good cadre as Jiao Yulu style.”In this context, the paper will take the construction of the village cadres of YuHe----------a typical agricultural township in the central region of China as the research object, to comprehensively expound its present situation, role and existing problems, and deeply analyze the causes and pertinently put forward some countermeasures and suggestions, thus, it can be concluded that to strengthen the contingent construction of village cadres comprehensively is an important measure and a required course to speed up the rural development.
