Research On The Innovation Of Social Management Of Floating Population

With the advance of urbanization,The number of cities in the floating population continues to gather, it has on the one hand really brought the opportunity for the city development of production, and promote the city’s economic development,on the other hand due to the current economic and social development of our country are not synchronized, a large floating population moved, will inevitably urban public security,health, education, environmental protection, and so generate tremendous pressure.How to better play the role of a good public security organs in the floating population management, explore new models of floating population management is an important part of social management innovation for active power factor of the floating population in the economic and social development, promoting social harmony and stability have a great practical and theoretical value.In this study, the status quo in Haining city police as a case for the floating population management through the application of the law of social management innovation and governance related theories in analyzing Haining city policemanagement of floating population, basic policies and the problems, combined with the actual Haining and experience of foreign migrants police management aspects of proposed boundary dividing the body floating population management, clear responsibilities locate public security organs; improve relevant laws and regulations,adhere to administration according to law; innovation police department system,improve efficiency, and increase the flow of population management migrants management of personnel, funding, management, etc. to better fulfill suggestions to optimize the flow of targeted population management with a view to speeding up Haining social management innovation process.The study is divided into eight chapters: The first chapter is the introduction,this study presented the background, rationale basis and significance, the main research methods and research framework of this study.The second chapter is a review of the relevant literature and define the field of management of domestic and foreign migrants basic concepts, current research status at home and abroad through a clear management of floating population, the main problem with the shortcomings,on the basis of innovation of this study.The third chapter is the status of internal migrants managed to analyze, focuses on the main responsibilities of the public security organs in the floating population management.The fourth chapter analyzes the domestic public security organs floating population management problems and the causes of these problems.The fifth chapter analyzes Haining city police management of floating population status and measures to investigate the status quo management Haining city police migrants, the main measures taken at this stage,facing difficulties and so on.The sixth chapter combined management experience of foreign police migrants, from which to explore and summarize the system of public security organs inspiration for the floating population management.The seventh chapter analyzes Haining city police suggestions to improve the flow of population management.The eigth chapter is the conclusion.
