A Research Of The Dynamic Management Project Of The Floating Population In Nangang District In Harbin City

The increasing floating population in China benefits the city construction andrapid development greatly; but at the same time it also results in the difficulty ofsocial management, since the weakening of city management and service functionmake floating population management become an important work of the socialmanagement. It is also a serious problem in Nangang District, the center of Harbincity. In order to break the bottleneck of the management work, a lot of activeinnovation of social management has been put in practice in Nangang District,including improving the functions of the government, refinement of management,building Nangang floating population management information platform.The paper intends to analyze the innovation of the floating populationmanagement, which is the major content of the management project in the socialmanagement in Nangang District, including the introduction of the project, theresearch background of the floating population management, the major tasks of thefloating population management in Nangang District, the frame design of the floatingpopulation management in Nangang District, the key part of project design of the floating population management in Nangang District, and the analysis of the effectand evaluation of the project. After a management analysis of the steps and measuresof the innovation of this project in Nangang District, the paper also discusses theimportant part of the innovation in the social management, taking the time point ofthe innovation as the beginning of the project, and regarding the stabilization of allthe tasks as the end of the project.
