The People’s Congress Supervision On A Case

“Supervision law” has made the twenty-third session of the Standing Committee of the ten National People’s Congress passed in August 27, 2006 and published, since January 1, 2007 will come into effect. This article mainly from the supervision of the judicial work of the theory of people’s Congress, the analysis of the current National People’s Congress on the existing problems in the process of case supervision and related problems, based on the analysis of the reasons, the existing political system research and a new round of the reform of the judicial system how to build and standardize the NPC cases supervision system, further standardize and improve the NPC cases supervision work.The dissertation is divided into four parts: the first part: introduction of case supervision by NPC overview, including the related concept, the supervision of the NPC cases reasons and current situation; the second part: the analysis on the people’s Congress Supervision on a case by case supervision system, correct understanding of value; the third part: introduce the scope of case supervision and main source; the fourth part discussion: the reconstruction of case supervision by NPC system, standardize and improve the NPC cases supervision system. From the analysis of the existing political system of China’s actual conditions and the level of non-interference conditions, in the judicial independence, improve, standardize the NPC cases supervision system.
