Trade Remedy System Comparative Study Between China And Russia

As Russia formally joined the WTO, the economic and trade exchanges between China and Russia will be based on the original foundation of bilateral trade between the two countries more frequently. In addition, the current Russian economic sanctions by western countries, will further promote the economic and trade ties between China and Russia more closely. This also means that the trade disputes between the two countries may increase. So to properly handle the bilateral trade between China and Russia in the dispute, it should be placed in the current domestic trade remedy legal system and the World Trade Organization(hereinafter referred to as "WTO") under the rules of settlement. Therefore, to understand and grasp the bilateral trade remedy system to resolve bilateral trade disputes is particularly important.This paper mainly uses comparative analysis, text analysis and law sociology method, with the relevant rules of WTO standard, comparing the two countries trade remedy system in the similarities and differences between the substantive law and procedural law level. By comparing the regulations in Russia find anti-dumping, anti subsidy and safeguard measures system is feasible, the reference for the perfection of relevant legislation in china. At the same time, the improvement of Russia’s current system, should be avoided in our legislation, and our enterprises should strive to be the enemy, after mastering the relevant laws of China, a careful analysis of Russian legislation may lead to legal risk points.
