The Research On Sino-russian Oil Cooperation Legal Mechanism

Chinese oil cooperation with Russia after nearly twenty years of running,has entered a relatively stable stage of development. Accompanied byregional disputes emerging and national competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the two countries are also more urgent demand for each other. Among them, energy cooperation is an important link of the China Russia strategic partnership of coordination. Research on Sino-Russian oil cooperation legal mechanism in the background and realistic significance.This paper mainly used the literature analysis method, through to the domestic and foreign energy cooperation, especially the understanding and analysis of research results of cooperation legal system of oil, to find the theoretical basis to demonstrate the view. Using comparative analysis,through comparative analysis of the status and history of Sino-Russian oil cooperation legal mechanism, can come to the conclusion that the cooperation between the two countries in the development of twists and turns, but also for the establishment of the legal system of petroleum cooperation and providing reference for improvement. At the same time,through the historical analysis, the summary from the view of historical evolution and summarizes Chinese and Russia oil cooperation and the establishment of legal mechanisms process, make us more clearly understand the development of Sino Russian oil cooperation and its legal mechanism, and the existing problems have been achieved, then put forward more reasonable suggestions.On the basis of the above, the paper is divided into three parts: the first part, the background of the establishment of the legal mechanism of the cooperation between China and Russia. From the global and regional oil cooperation legal mechanism, the establishment of Sino Russian oil cooperation legal mechanism is introduced, and the background of this process is summarized.. The second part, the current situation of the legal mechanism of oil cooperation between China and Russia. In the twenty years of oil cooperation in the two countries, that has made gratifying achievements, but also the existence of problems, the challenges. This section mainly focus on these three aspects. The third part, for the problems in oil cooperation between the two countries, try to propose the perfect suggestions from the three aspects of the bilateral cooperation, multilateral cooperation and China’s domestic legislation.
