Although our contry has realized the need to protect virtual property, but the current law on the protection of virtual property is not enough.The legal status of virtual property,using and in what specifications to adjust the legal relationship of virtual property, Judicial practice on dealing with this issue are very different.The phenomenon that a same cituathion,another judgment come over.So,If it’s not clear on criminal law for the network virtual property protection methods,that will directly affect the criminal law to combat the effect of crime and efforts to protect victims,it will also affect people’s recognition of the criminal Law.In order to protect the property rights of legitimate network users are not violated,criminal law protection of virtual property is imminent.In this paper, I will conduct research on virtual property through legal nature, characteristics, attributes, etc.First elaborate definition of virtual property,Introducing the concept of virtual propertyand feature,define the virtual property explicitly,Identified it is property.Secondly, thinking of the criminal law protection of virtual property feasibility and necessity.Analysis of the present situation of the protection of network virtual property, and other areas in China.Finally tries to explore how to build the criminal law to protect the network virtual property of effective legal norms.Analysis how to build a use of criminal law means to protect network virtual property in our contry,criminal law protection of network virtual property in our country.
