Studies On Harmonious Relationship Among Political Parties Of Contemporary China

Harmonious relationship among political parties of contemporary China is thetheoretical sublimation to meet the objective need of the development of Multi-PartyCooperation and Political Consultation System under the Leadership of ChineseCommunist Party, the theoretical expanding of socialist harmonious societyconstruction, and especially the theoretical response to the challenges of the westernmulti-party system and competitive political parties relation. The studies onharmonious relationship among political parties of contemporary China have both itstheoretical meanings and application value. The value of the studies lies on thefollowing three aspects: Firstly, give full play to the role of democratic supervision ofthe democratic parties toward the Communist Party and then avoid corruption as aresult of lack of supervision. Secondly, make full use of the role of demonstration andleading of the Communist Party, realize the implementation of the ruling party and theparticipating party's mutual promotion, and then drive democratic parties to strengthenself building. Finally, the studies on harmonious relationship among political parties ofcontemporary China can effectively widen political participation channels of differentsocial groups, and dissolve social instability because of expressions of interest due.The beginning of this thesis firstly interprets the connotation of harmoniousrelationship among political parties in contemporary China. On this base, the thesisanalyzes the development process of harmonious relationship among political parties.Further studies on the mechanism of harmonious parties relations of contemporaryChina will be followed, then comparative advantages will be shown up in thecomparison between China and other western countries in the world. At the same time,there are objective problems in the harmonious relationship among political parties incontemporary China, and these problems will also be covered. To solve these problems,my paper will theoretically response in three aspects including enhancing the harmonywithin the Communist Party, strengthening construction of the Communist Party anddeliberative democracy. This paper will devise into five chapters to study the harmonious relationshipamong political parties of contemporary China.Chapter one interprets the connotation of the harmonious relationship amongpolitical parties of contemporary China. This part firstly shows out the premises of theharmonious relationship among political parties of contemporary China. Thentheoretical basis of this harmonious relationship is systematically analyzed, and on thisbase, a clear definition of the harmonious relationship among political parties ofcontemporary China is demarcated. Finally, the main features of the harmoniousrelationship among political parties of contemporary China are summarized to be thestructural of design integral whole and pluralism, operation methods of deliberativedemocracy, asymmetric status and the value concept of harmony without sameness.Chapter two is about the progress of harmonious relationship among politicalparties. Only experiencing the four stages, which are initial establishment, reposition,continuous consolidation and progressive elaboration of harmonious relationshipamong political parties from the longitudinal angel of history, can we realize that theChina harmonious relationship among political parties is the choice of history, of thepeople and of the Chinese Communist Party and other democratic parties. Therefore,after introducing the historical progress of harmonious relationship among politicalparties of the contemporary China, we can easily understand the historical role andactual value of the China harmonious relationship between political parties.Chapter three concerns the mechanism of harmonious relationship amongpolitical parties of contemporary China. This part analyses the relationship mechanismof the Chinese harmonious relationship among political parties. First, this thesis willsystematically analyze the constitutional mechanism in four aspects including the mainsubject, the constitutional basis, the constitutional contents, and the constitution of thepower. Then, my thesis will further analyze the operation mechanism of Chineseharmonious relationship among political parties. In addition, I will analyze functionalmechanism of harmonious relationship among political parties of contemporary Chinain four aspects. The first one is to solve the problem about the big gap of the rich andthe poor in order to realize the development of the society. The second one is to expandthe effective channels of political participation in order to maintain political stability.The third one is to reconcile social interest conflicts in order to achieve the socialintegration. The forth one is to exert the role of the supervision of the democratic parties in order to restrain the phenomenon of corruption. Finally, I will analyze thesecurity mechanism in three aspects which are the Chinese people's PoliticalConsultative Conference, the National People's Congress and administrative andjudicial organs.Chapter four describes the current situation of the harmonious relationship amongpolitical parties of contemporary China. This part mainly objectively analyzes thecurrent conditions of harmonious relationship among political parties of contemporaryChina and the challenges they are facing in a global view. Through the lateralcorrelation of relationships among all kinds of parties in the world, the comparativeadvantages of Chinese parties'harmonious relationship will be revealed. At the sametime, it is realized that the present Chinese parties'harmonious relationship still facesevery kind of challenges and problems. In the next chapter, I will provide the solutionstoward the problems about the inner harmony of the Communist Party and thedemocratic parties such as the distance between the Communist Party and thedemocratic parties in self-construction and the enhancement of the effect ofdeliberative democracy in Chinese parties'relationship.Chapter five is about the development of the harmonious relationship amongpolitical parties of contemporary China. This part mainly objectively analyzes thecurrent problems of harmonious relationship among political parties of contemporaryChina, the paper tries to figure out how the harmonious relationship among politicalparties is promoted in the following three dimensions. The first one is based on theinner-party harmony. Inner-party harmony is the basis of the democratic parties'internal harmony, on this point, can effectively promote the harmonious partyrelationship between China Communist Party and other democratic parties, finallyrealizing the harmonious society. The second dimension focuses on the mutualpromotion between the construction of the ruling party and the construction of theparticipating parties. Last but not least, deliberative democracy has built a platform forthe Communist Party and the democratic parties on which, contradictions and conflictsamong political parties can be effectively avoided and thus the reasonable integrationof different political advantages can be made in order to promote harmonious partyrelationship.This paper has its creativeness in three perspectives. The first perspective is thecreativeness of topic selection. The topic of harmonious relationship among political parties of contemporary China is a document that is involved in the document of ChinaCommunist Party, and it has great theoretical significance and practical value, however,it could not cause much attention, therefore, studying the harmonious relationshipamong political parties of contemporary China in a full and deep way is a creativepoint of topic selection. The second perspective is the creativeness of academic view.The harmonious relationship among political parties of contemporary China is aguarantee of unity and cooperation and a guarantee of the supervision and restriction,and it ensures stability and order as well diversity and vitality and ensures efficiencyand concentration of power as well the negotiation and participation, which is acreative academic view that is not focused more ever before. What is more, theharmonious relationship among political parties of contemporary China is realized inthe process of interest coordination through the information communication, in thecourse of democratic decision made by political consultation and in the procedure ofreasonable operation of power achieved by the supervision and restriction. Finally,intra-party harmony should be promoted so that the harmonious relationship amongpolitical parties can be strengthen, which is the guide of the democratic parties and thedevelopment of harmonious relationship among political parties can be improved bydemocratic consultations. All these are the examples of creative academic views in thepaper. The third perspective is the creativeness of studying view. On one hand, thepaper pays attention to the integrity which involves both the China Communist Partyand other democratic parties. On the other hand, it holds the principle of internationalviews in which comparisons of different political party systems among China andother countries are studied.
