The Research On The Right Of Network Discourse And The Security Of Political Ideology In China

XI said ideological work is an extremely important work.Political ideology security is an important part of national security and the ideology is not a moment to relax at present.With the development of the network technology, the Intenet with the multile identities of information media,communications and the vitual world changed people’s production and way of life.There is no "pass" network,so it makes the netizens dare to speech in the network.Then the network discourse of netizens has expanded.Private network discourse goes against the official network discourse and the mainstream media’s disicourse,Because western countries ideology and discourse hegemony infiltrate to our country and netizens have resistance about the party and the government itself.In this case the original discourse dominance of the official and the mainstream media has been weaken in different levels.The propagation and guide for China’s political ideology work brings a certain impact and it’s not conducive to maintaining political ideology security in our country.So the network discourse and political ideology in our country becomes particularly important security issues.This article will be divided into four parts to research the problem :The first part is the introduction part of this article.It briefly expound the research background, purpose, overseas and domestic research status, the research method of this paper, framework and innovation point in this paper.The second part is the network discourse and political ideology security research overview of the basic theory and concept.At the same time demonstrated the relationship of network discourse and political ideology security.The third part is through the resolution of the official network discourse, the attenuation of the network mainstream media discourse as well as the rise of private network discourse,this article want to prove that our country present network discourse is imbalancing.Thus demonstrate network discourse imbalanced make the big impact on the political ideology security in our country.The fourth part is how to maintenance the political ideology security in our country.Preventing from the western ideology discourse, raising official discourse power network, improving the mainstream media discourse network guide force, and strengthening the supervision of private network discourse in four aspects.
