Research On The Construction Of Network Discourse Right Under The Perspective Of Ideological Security

The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out: During the five years since the 18 th National Congress,China has made significant advances on the theoretical and cultural fronts.We have strengthened Party leadership over ideological work and explored new ground in advancing Party related theories.The importance of Marxism as a guiding theory is even better appreciated.However,we must be soberly aware that the struggle in the ideological field is still complicated and that the national security is facing new situations.With the continuous development of information technology,the Internet has gradually become a new front for information dissemination,blending and confrontation in the field of virtual space ideology.Network discourse power has obvious ideological attributes,and socialist ideological security cannot be separated from the construction of network discourse power.This thesis insists on the guidance of marxist theory,and synthesizes the knowledge from Communication sciences and sociology to sort out and define the core concepts of "ideological security" and "network discourse power" at the beginning.Then it analyzes the ideological security functions,features,and the constituent elements of the network discourse power.Based on above,it explores the internal logic between ideological security and the construction of network discourse power and makes further efforts to reveal the importance and necessity of improving the network discourse power in the aspect of maintaining the security of the mainstream ideology in China.Secondly,it combines the ideological security with the construction of network discourse power to be a logical starting point,in order to analyze the difficulties and its causes in constructing network discourse power in our country under the perspective of ideological security.On the basis of the fierce exchange of multi-information in the current network space,the solidification of ideological discourse system in China,the complex and diverse ways of information transmission,and the weakening of mainstream ideology,and other objective conditions,this thesis expounds the challenge of constructing network discourse power in China from following four aspects: the network discourse control power,network issues setting power,network discourse communication power and network discourse Leadership power.Finally,combining the causes of dilemma in constructing network discourse power under the perspective of ideological security,the thesis proposes the countermeasures topromote the network discourse power under mainstream ideology.That is,firmly grasp the opportunity of constructing network discourse power in the perspective of ideological security,persist in strengthening initiatives in the construction of network discourse power,actively construct a new network discourse system,industriously expand cyberspace,and strengthening cyber discourse supervision,etc.,to actively respond to the various challenges in the constructing network discourse power,and strive to build promotion strategies that meet the requirements of the development of the Internet society and the ideological security construction.Safeguard our ideological security by continually promoting the construction of network discourse power and guarding the scrimmage line of ideological security network.
