With the development of economy, the improvement of the life level, juvenile crime has had great concern as a social issue. The media report is not only the social public channels of information, but also is an important measure of the public power of supervision. Both traditional media and new media should uphold an objective and fair attitude to report the situation of the juvenile delinquency cases. Foreign countries have formed a relatively perfect system of reporting criminal justice legal regulation system, no matter preventive measures, punitive measures or remedial measures are worth to learn. Although China has established the law in the reports of the minor crime, such as do not infringe the privacy of the juveniles, do not public identity of the juveniles, the professional of the provisions is not strong, not specific, even no system. Many aspects in the report of juvenile delinquency legal regulation are not perfect, such as, the prevent measures, the punish measures and the supporting measures. And the remedial measure is in a blank state. By drawing on the advanced experience of foreign countries, this paper will propose suggestions to improve our legal regulation of report juvenile delinquency. The preventive measures includes, improve juvenile delinquency cases heard in public system, clear conservative positions secret law system of juvenile delinquency cases, improving the spokesman system of juvenile delinquency cases, establish the legal limit of media report the juvenile delinquency cases. And it would establish the remedial measures and improve the punitive measures of report the juvenile delinquency cases as well. Hope to make theoretical contributions for legal regulations of the report juvenile delinquency.
