With the rapid development of modern society,non-profit organizations in our country develop rapidly,our volunteer services equally by leaps and bounds.Countries around the world are actively exploring a variety of incentives aimed at enhancing the quality of volunteers, volunteers’ optimization. In comparison with developed countries,there are still large gaps between China’s non-profit organizations and volunteer incentive effects. Volunteers are invaluable human capital,give a good incentive for volunteers can attract,manage and retain volunteers,but also a long-term effective investment to promote non-profit organizations developing.After years of development,the rapid development of China’s non-profit organization volunteers,volunteer service culture gradually penetrate,policy about volunteer rights and interests was made.established education and training system. However,there are many problems on our current volunteer non-profit organization incentives,associated with volunteer incentive theory and practice are still not mature enough,still in the exploration and development stage. Non-profit Organizations Volunteer incentive concept is relatively old,look at this problem lack of long-term vision. Currently,incentives for volunteers is still relatively simple,such incentives are needed to keep up with the development of non-profit organizations. At the same time,there is a non-profit organization of volunteers incentive system defects,non-profit organizations lack the specialized staff incentives and other issues. How to attract more outstanding volunteers,the full potential of volunteers to make more contributions to society,be placed in front of non-profit organizations need to solve the problem,how to motivate volunteers to non-profit organizations related to the healthy long-term development.I took Red Cross volunteer as an example,analyzed the current situation and the question that non-profit organization volunteers facing, put forward countermeasures. Firstly,to keep in mind innovative idea about volunteer incentives of non-profit organization,secondly,to improve the operating environment for profit organization of volunteers incentives,thirdly,is a volunteer non-profit organization designed to improve the system of incentives,forth is fair to play the role of incentives.
