Volunteers are the core resources and critical component of the non-profitorganization.Compared with full-time staffs, volunteers have many different features.So the management of volunteers became a very noteworthy part in human resourcesmanagement of non-profit organization.The characteristic free of charge determinesthat material incentive can not stimulate the potential of volunteers very well.And thenon-profit organizations exist problems such as high mobility, lacking sense ofbelongingness. Therefore,how to motivate volunteers to maximize its potential for theorganization and social services become an urgent problem.In this paper,we combine psychological empowerment to volunteer motivation,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions and put forward onthis special group of volunteers from the mental power more targeted incentivesFinally the paper points out the study direction in the future.For this purpose,this paper tries to study how to motivate volunteers from theview of psychological empowerment.The main purpose of this paper is to study therelationship between psychologic empowerment and motivation. By using the resultsof212questionnaires and SPSS analysis software&technology of structural equationmodel,this paper analyse the relationship between psychological empowerment andvolunteers motivation. The conclusions are drawn as follows:⑴Work significancedimensions have significant effect on motivating volunteers;⑵Self-efficacydimensions have significant effect on motivating volunteers;⑶Autonomy have significant effect on motivating volunteers;⑷Work force have significant effect onmotivating volunteers.The innovation of this paper are as follows:⑴Majority research on volunteermotivation is to start from the micro and macro environment of the internal andexternal, to solve the incentive problem of volunteers trying to change the means ofthe corresponding policies. A small number of researchers from the volunteers innerspirit starting to solve the problem of volunteer incentives. Fromthe point of view ofintrinsic motivation, how to meet the volunteers inner spiritual needs,to mobilize theirenthusiasm caused by incentives.⑵There are many at home and abroad on theapplication of psychological empowerment,some of the psychological empowermentof employees combine research, somepsychological studies combined with theauthorization and knowledge-basedemployees, but not yet psychologicalempowerment and non-profit organizations, volunteers combinethe study. This studyis from this perspective, focusing on the role of psychological empowerment on theincentives of non-profit organizations, volunteers,and psychological empowerment toinspire a new breakthrough as a volunteer.⑶The volunteer motivation contentstructure was discussed, from the inner to explore how to motivate volunteers. Thevolunteers motivation are divided into four dimension,self value incentive,selfadvance incentive, self control incentive and self achivement incentive.
