| In the late 1980 s and early 1990 s, The sudden changes occurred in Eastern Europe as well as the disintegration in the Soviet Union.The world towards political pluralism and economic globalization,competition has stiffened from comprehensive national strength. hegemonism and power politics appeared new characteristic.The wave of the nation-splits has gone to the high tide;the international hostile influence steps up to split our country;the pan-Islamism and pan-Turkicism have a greater negative impression on Xingjiang.Because of Deng Xiaoping’s talking in the South in1992 and the 14 th National Congress of the Party,socialist market economy has established in China.So Party’s policies and decisions should adapt to the changing of economy system.The Third Generation Leading Collective of The Party has put forward many creative new ideas and opinions, not only enriched Marx’s theory of nationality and national policy of Chinese characteristic,but also makes a considerable development on the economy and culture of the Xinjiang. This paper is divided into four parts, the first part mainly introduces the research purpose, significance, research status,research methods and innovations and difficulties; the second part introduces the implementation background of Party’s national policy of Xinjiang in 1990 s, and introduce the implementation of the Party’s national policy in Xinjiang through the political, economic, and cultural aspects; the third part is the key point and innovation point of this paper, through the selection and comparison of data,in the form of tables and charts, in order to us to have a more intuitive understanding of the implementation effect,, then based on the empirical data, we can see the achievements and problems;the fourth part is mainly a experience summary, it is better for us understand Scientific basis for policy formulation under the new situation, make us better to grasp the party’s direction of the development at ethnic policy in Xinjiang. |
