It can be found that precise logistics is the direction of future logistics reform by analyzing recent high-tech regional wars. In the highway military transportation, vehicle scheduling problem is one of the key factors in precise logistics. The ability of providing a prompt and safe transport mission is the guarantee to hold the initiative in the war. Studying on vehicle scheduling problem is aim to bring innovative concepts and methods, improve the efficiency of our military transportation and raise the level of our military logistics research. In this thesis, the main works are as follows:(1) Studying on the domestic and international literature, this article reviews and analyzes the current research on the vehicle scheduling problem, and shows the significance of vehicle scheduling problem in the future logistics, which lays the theoretical foundation for the succeeding writing.(2) Presenting the transportation road decision making model. Highway military transportation is an important mode in the “joint logistics”. It should meet variety of factors to choose the transportation route. We can avoid many factor’s character anaylsis and calculation with the decision-making model based on BAM network.(3) An efficient iterative algorithm is designed to solve the transportation route decision-making problem in highway military transportation. The stability of the model was proved with the energy function. The iterative algorithm can be programmed in the computer. The examination result showed that iterative algorithm is effective to solve the transportation route decision-making problem.
