The Study Of Innovation Of Fund Budget Management Mechanism Of Military Hospital In ERP Environment

With continuous development of medical and health service and going deeper of the hospital fine management.Under the premise of the promotion of “industry 4.0 reformation”, intelligent and visual management quietly makes ERP system into health care industry.With China new measures about“anti-corruption” and “rule by law”, under the view of strong military dream,the reform of fund budget management mechanism of military hospitals is imperative. Through strengthening the ERP fund budget management of military hospital to improve their market competitiveness and ensure organic unity of military benefit, social benefit and economical benefit. which requires the fund budget management mechanism of military hospitalIn this paper, we took the viewpoint of President Xi Jinping that our military must increase its anti-corruption strength as background, and finance management legislation, fund budge standardization,long-term accounting validation, and sharing of asset information as guiding ideologies.Firstly, current hospital fund budget management and the application of fund budget management of military hospital under ERP environment were summarized. Then gained successful experience, exiting problems and problem analysis were summarized. Finally we put forward that the reform of military hospital fund budget management mechanism should be innovated. This study is, to some extent, to improve the capability of fund budget management of military hospital in China, and to improve the operation mechanism of the military hospitals with the modern management mode.
