ObjectiveThis study used statistical methods and techniques to the military hospital evaluation of the current quality of care standards and indicators,conducting a more comprehensive literature review and expert advice based on the extraction process in the nursing quality check of Neglected department quality of care factors,the development of a comprehensive three-tier Class A military hospital care quality assessment correction coefficient (hereinafter referred to as correction factor),quality of care test results of conventional calibrated so that the quality of care test results in various departments and between comparable.MethodThe issue with the consulting experts (Delphi,also known as the Delphi method) of 18 clinical nurse specialist for two expert consultation and questionnaire survey, expert advice and recommendations contained in the correction factor screening project,the initial construction of the correction factor indicators facts from the structure,constructed according to results of the consultation correction factor.
