Research On‘Post-80s’ Values And The Social Mechanism Of The Formation

Values included personal values and community values.‘Post-80s’ values as a kind of group values, its formation mechanism of social mechanism is different from the individual values. The formation mechanism of individual values contains three factors:‘Parents, peer group influence and guidance’, ‘social environment’ and ‘individual life experience and experience’; Group values formation mechanism contains three factors:‘native power’- social life,‘influence power’- ethical cultural zeitgeist, ‘leading’- school education.By deeper summary of literature on ‘Post-80s’ values characteristic, we abstract its‘transcendence’, ‘weakness’ features. Through analysis on a variety of social factors of‘Post-80s’ values and based on the underlying mechanism of the formation of their values, it comes out the following conclusion: During the process of formation mechanism of ‘Post-80s’ values, the reality of ‘social life’ becomes the decisive force; Mainstream and non-mainstream ethos function identical in the cultural environment; school education is in the state of confusion between tradition and modernity. Finally, we get the following enlightenment: The entire society must treat on the 80 generation with the tolerant attitude; ‘Guiding force’ should be dominant in the ‘original power’ and ‘impact strength’.
