On Defective Product Recall System

When a product is not reasonably designed, carefully manufactured, accurately described, people may be damaged when using it. Sometimes defective products may cause serious injury accidents to the public. How to avoid these situations? Defective product recall system which originated in the U.S. can effectively solve the problem. Here I will introduce the system:Part one shows the basic conceptions, theories, and then compare “recall” system with other systems. Part two described the system in our country from three aspects: whence, development process, current status. Part three introduce “recall” system practiced in three regions: the U.S., Astralia, and European union. Describe the similarities and differences. Part four analyize the advantages and disadvantages of the system overseas. According to the discussion above, it puts forward a legal model fit for the legislation of PRC and gives some suggestions in order to consummate it.
