There are so many merchants use the Famous product’s specific decoration without authorization, that had damnified the interests of the owner of the decoration. They use the specific decoration, confuse the consumers, meanwhile,their share of the market is on the rise, without long marketing process. They are standing upon the shoulders of giants, they have no need to improve the quality of products.This behavior will damage the fair competition relations. As the origin of JDB and the Wang Laoji case, the scholars in China do much more research of the behavior of the unauthorized use of well-known commodity decoration, but much of the research is focused on the identification of the well-known commodity and the specific decoration. In my opinion, this is just the objective conditions of unauthorized use of the well-known commodity specific decoration. It is necessary to do a integrated reseach of the behavior.
