Comparison And Research On Chinese And Foreign Industrial And Commercial Administration

Industrial and Commercial Administration Department, as aadministration of supervising the market, should make efforts to search after the new thoughtfulness and pattern of supervision in order to adjust to the new changes under the new position after China joined WTO. The developed countries have pushed the market economy for one or two hundreds. They have accumulated a set of experience of supervising the market main body and action, opposing unjust competition and monopolise and sticking up for the order of the market economy. Therefore, following the approach of positive analysis, this paper explores into how the developed countries supervise the market main body and action in an attempt to uncover a pattern of China's industrial and commercial administration adjusting to the market economy.The paper is mainly composed of four chapters and the contents can be divided into three parts. Chapter One and Chapter Two constitute the first part of the paper. Chapter One focuses on the relation between Industrial and Commercial Administration and developing the socialist market economy and its specialities and effects by using the Theory of the market economy. Chapter Two, first, ah overview of the historical development of China'sindustrial and commercial administration is made. Second, its status quo and problems are analyzed.The second part, i.e. Chapter Three, discusses how the developedcountries such as America, France, Germany and Japan supervise the market main body and action by positive analysis. Then experiences that we can learn are summarized.The third part, i.e. Chapter Four, discusses the pattern of china's industrinal and commercial administration adjusting to the market economy under the new position.
