Research On Yangjiang Urban Square Dance Management From The Perspective Of Public Governance

With the progress of society and the improvement of people’s life, the development of the square culture as a social and cultural phenomenon and the like a raging fire. The square dance is one of the most important forms of square culture, has the characteristics of fitness, leisure, communication and so on, more and more people love. In recent years, Yangjiang city square dance has developed rapidly, from three years ago, more than 20 dance team development to 95 dance team, the number of up to about 3348 people, the team is very large, but at the same time, the square dance development has also brought many problems.This paper reviews the existing literature and theory, selected dance venue to conduct field research, using the method of investigation, literature, qualitative analysis and so on. Firstly, this paper summarizes the development of the square dance is analyzed and the management needs, from the current study presents three dimensions of square dance management functions of the government, society, respectively, individual self-discipline, social organizations to participate in three aspects. Secondly the paper mainly from the current situation of Yangjiang city square dance management are the three dimensions of analysis, summed up the current problems existing in the management: square dance management can not follow, lack of financial investment, public resource configuration is not reasonable, the residents’ committee or not, is not enough, to guide the social arts dancers in violation of social public order. And in-depth analysis of the reasons for these problems are: not formulate relevant laws and regulations to standardize the management of the government is not enough, the square dance, square dance management attention to square dance not included in the financial budget management, has not been brought into full play the coordinating role of the neighborhood and the guiding role of the art group, the legal system propaganda is not big enough, the dancers self-consciousness is not high. Finally, to sum up the experience of the square dance management at home and abroad, through the analysis and comparison, the successful experience of the domestic situation is more suitable for the area of Yangjiang, and on this basis put forward countermeasures to square dance Management: to speed up the legislative process, give full play to the role of government, and the fiscal budget, strengthen the legal system propaganda, give full play to the coordinating role of the residents committee, dancers, consciously abide by the public order.
