On the Trust Law, trust registration is one of the most important methods to show out. Legal issues of the trust registration is very concerned about the practitioners, however, little research in theorists. This paper is to study the trust registration system, and follows the "Ask a question-analysis of the problem- to solve the problem". The writing main line is the exploring of the theory as well as the design of the system.Firstly, the author would like make an introduction about the trust registration system, and find the main problems. For example, a body as trust registration is not clear, and the effectiveness of the Trust’s registration requirements is too harsh.The second part makes an extending to the basic theory of partial trust registration, and focus on the independence of the trust property, trust registration and changes in the relationship between property rights registration and so on.The third part is a comparative analysis of overseas trusts registration system made. Features introduced separately from the common law and civil law under the two legal background Trust registration system, which compares the two legal registration of public trust related content, and get some good ideas to build our own trust registration system in China.The fourth part, the paper will give some innovative tips to improve our legislation and registration system of trust law. Trust Registration supporting legislation is needed to solve the problem first. Then the article points out the need for harmonization of legislation of trust registration.
