With the rapid economic development of China’s foreign trade has made great achievements, the scope of the field which they relate are constantly expanding, therefore, build a sound legal system of foreign trade is very important. Due to the special geographical environment of China and Kazakhstan, trade exchanges between the two countries has increased every year, comparative analysis of bilateral trade control laws regime urgent need to identify the advantages and disadvantages in comparison, to see the problems and come up with effective strategies and approaches. In order to better carry out international trade activities between China and Kazakhstan, clearly establish and improve cooperation mechanisms, elimination of international economic and trade barriers between the two countries in foreign trade plays an important role in economic development.This paper will establish the legal system in the study of foreign trade data at home and abroad on the basis of the outcome, the use of comparative analysis and empirical analysis of China’s foreign trade with Kazakhstan legal system aspects of trade policy, market access policies and measures to promote comparison, by comparison, trade between China and Kazakhstan in the legal system, there is a similarity there are also differences. Through the differences between the two countries on foreign trade legislation system to sort out, to learn from the experiences and lessons of Kazakhstan’s foreign trade legislation, and learn from foreign trade legal system effective, useful content, and then after China’s accession to the WTO, improve the legal system to provide trade revelation, made feasible suggestions and comments for China’s foreign trade with Kazakhstan, for actuation of the two countries to contribute to economic development.
