Citizen Moral Construction Under The Perspective Of Socialist Core Values

The Socialist Core Values is founded by the Communist Party to actively response to the practical problems such as the reform of economic system, adjustment of interest pattern and changes of perception in our country during the present stage. It standed in the height of adhering to and developing the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, consolidating the common ideological foundation of party and the people’s solidarity and leading the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The Citizen Moral Construction is the guarantee of advocating The Socialist Core Values and the important part of the cultivating and practicing of The Socialist Sore Values. The Citizen Moral Construction, led by The Socialist Core Values, can not only embody the spirit of the age, but also reflect the demands of citizens directly in moral life under the current situation.The thesis adopts literature research method, comparative analysis method,inductive analysis and so on to research the problems of The Citizen Moral Construction under the perspective of The Socialist Core Values. Firstly, this thesis clarifys the concept which was related to Citizen Moral Construction and described the evolvement of The Citizen Moral Construction in China from historical perspective and paradigm perspective. Secondly, this thesis analyzes the current condition of The Citizen Moral Construction, fully affirm the achievement in the theory innovation, improving quality and strengthening the atmosphere. Meanwhile,facing the serious challenge: there are different degrees anomie of moral in society areas, career areas, family areas and individual areas due to the citizen moral education lag, legal desalination, feudal thought not completely eliminate, western moral and other negative effects. Thirdly, the Citizen Morality Construction in our country should be guided by The Socialist Core Values that was based on clarifying the connotation of The Socialist Core Values and it should insist on patriotic,dedicated, sincere, friendly code of ethics. Finally, this thesis mainly discusses the path of the moral of socialism in the new period: needing to give full play to the basic role of moral education, optimizing the environment of citizen moral construction,promoting Chinese traditional virtues, and treating western moral reasoningly.In this thesis, through the above research methods and trains of thought, research on Citizen Moral Construction under the guidance of The Socialist Core Values, is not only beneficial to enrich the theoretical system of The Citizen Moral Construction, and to provide an effective way to improve the moral quality of the citizens.
