Research On Citizen's Ideological And Moral Construction Based On Bottom Line Ethics

Citizen's ideological and moral construction is an important way to enhance the quality of citizens and promote the construction of socialist moral culture.However,in the past,the ideological and moral construction of citizen advocates a high moral standard and high moral requirements,making the moral evaluation is higher than the ordinary citizen's level of ideological and moral awareness,so that the effect of ideological and political education is not very good.Based on this background,this paper from the bottom line of ethics to explore the ideological and moral construction of citizens,trying to change the citizens stereotypes about the past moral construction.Bottom line ethic is the minimum,the basic moral requirements of citizens,with equal universality,minimum and other characteristics,its content mainly cover some basic moral requirements.This paper attempts to sort out the present situation of citizen's ideological and moral construction on the basis of defining the bottom line ethics,understanding the value orientation and the development of citizen's ideological and moral construction,in order to clarify the achievements about the development of citizen's ideological and moral construction so far.At the same time,we should reflect on the problems exist in the process of ideological and moral construction of citizens,and analyzing the reasons about the problems from four aspects: macro and micro,subjective and objective.After the introduction of the basic situation of the bottom line ethics and the citizen's ideological and moral construction,this paper will discuss the combination of the two,mainly from the necessity and feasibility to analysis.In terms of necessity,it is point out that it is of great significance to solve the current problems from the perspective of the bottom line ethics to discuss the construction of citizen's ideology and morality.In terms of feasibility,the couple between the two is analyzed mainly from the aspects of object,content and purpose.In addition,it is point out that in the process of combining the two must overcome the tendency of moral nihilism,moral extremism and narrowness.On the basis of analysis about above contents,the author puts forward the concrete ways to strengthen ideological and moral construction from the perspective of the bottom line of ethics,mainly from the three levels which is citizen,society and nation.At the citizen level,to cultivate the awe of citizens,to strengthen the hearts of citizens of shame,to strengthen the hearts of citizens of how to be a people,to cultivate the love of citizens of the heart;at the social level,mainly from the development of appropriate moral standards,moral evaluation system,to create a good social ecology;at the national level,mainly in the system level to do a good job in policy guidance,at the legal level to do rigid norms,at the human level to do value care.Through the construction of citizens,society and state,the author puts forward to change the people's prejudice about citizen's ideological and moral construction in the past,understanding the moral requirements of the new era and realizing it in reality,boosting the social atmosphere.
