Our Country Urbanization Administrative Leader Image Construction Research

With the continuous development of our country urbanization construction, our country increasingly concentrates on the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. And farmer problem is always the central issue of relationship between social stability and development. Therefore, State and local government attaches great importance to rural areas, farmers and agriculture. As the most basic administrative structures, township government has become the connection of urban and rural areas. It represents the state to govern township areas. As representatives of the township government, whether the township administrative leadership’s image is good directly affect the formation of cohesion and appeal of township governments to the grassroots. This paper take the country’s executive leadership as the research object, basing on the research of the related literature at home and abroad, combing the leadership studies, administrative science and journalism, applying the theory of leadership conduct and leader’s authority, launching a study on the image shaping of our townships ’leadership. During the process of analysis, applied the methods of document research, case study and comparative analysis, analyzed the factors that influence the image shaping of executive leadership through both internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are integrity, ability and style of township administrative leaders, external factors including system, government, media and the public. In order to enhance the profundity and objectivity, this essay choose the most representative case in Jing Bian government, largely probe into four parts: institution, government, media and public to inspect the real reasons hidden in the image-building of administrative leaders upon the base of field survey. And then come up with some practicable methods to try to solve and improve the image-building of village office leader correspondingly. In the end, after the thoroughly analysis of image-building of village officers in town government, this thesis not only provide with some theories for the village officers in Jing Bian government during the process of improvement, but also put forward some suggestive methods and practicable steps for the consummate of image-building of village officers.
