Research On The Inclusive Growth And Strengtheningthe Party’s Political Foundation

Consolidate the ruling basis construction is an important and pressing task for The Communist Party of China comprehensively promoting the construction of "the new great project". It is related to the ruling status, future and destiny of the party, ultimately it is related to whether the socialist modernization will be success or not. At present, China has deeply entered the social reform, a series of social problems generated such as the gap between rich and poor among different regions and different industry changed greatly, the channel for masses to express their own interests apparently decreased, the infiltration of western ideological and cultural, especially the bureaucratic corruption appeared in the self-construction of the party, all those continue impacting on the status of mainstream ideology and affect the resource base of the party’s long ruling well.The most important problem for our party to solve is how to solve uneven distribution of wealth, further develop the channels and mechanisms for masses participating in social management and expressing benefit demand, enhance the attraction of mainstream ideology, effectively overcome bureaucracy and curb corruption in order to improve the legitimacy of the party’s ruling, it is also the interests for most numerous people.The concept of inclusive growth is the most effective way and best strategic choice to solve the above problems. The inclusive growth is a completely new concept with the development purpose of "justice", "fairness" and "tolerance" which can provide more fair and equitable opportunities for the broad masses of people to involve, tolerate the value idea of market economic plurality in the leading of socialistic core value system, advance the construction of the party in different dimensions. This paper discusses how to correctly grasp the relationship between inclusive growth and consolidate the ruling foundation, how to strengthen the ruling power under the guidance of the inclusive growth and solve the above social problems in order to consolidate the ruling basis construction for the ruling party.
