The Influence On Social Class Differentiation Of Party’s Ruling Foundation

With the continuous development of the socialist market economy system andthe speed of urbanization, the original social strata structure in China--"Two classesand One Stratum" has an obvious differentiation, and form a pluralistic social classstructure. This structure is unstable and will be changed with the reforms in ourcountry and the development of economy and society. The diversification of China’ssocial classes inevitably leads to the diversification of contradictions and sharpconflicts of interest. The hidden social contradictions have a far-reaching influence onconsolidating the party’s ruling foundation of the communist party of China.This paper does the research on the influence on social class differentiation ofparty’s ruling foundation. First of all, the paper analyzes the current situation ofChinese social stratum and its differentiation. Secondly analyze the opportunities andchallenges of the party’s ruling foundation brought by social stratum differentiation,such as follows, improve the force and quality of the working class to become thebackbone of the party’s ruling foundation, the peasant class who went to urbanstrengthen party’s ruling foundation, the new social class has become an importantpart of the party’s mass base; the challenges include that political and economic statusof the two great classes misalignment affect the consolidation of the party’s rulingfoundation, the emergence of new social class to strengthen the party’s rulingfoundation which brings about certain risks, some cadres graft problems and thesharpening contradictions between the masses is also the challenge. Third, this paperdiscusses the challenges faced with the opportunities brought by the social classdifferentiation in particular, how to consolidate the party’s ruling foundation of thespecific path, including: adhere to the party’s policy on theory and route, arming thewhole party with Marxism theory to Chinese conditions, attach great importance tothe party’s mass line, rule by law and run the Party strictly; strengthen the partyfunction to the full integration of all walks of life and we will correctly handleconflicts of interest in the interests of all strata, consolidate the party’s mass base,innovate the system of social management, cultivate the modern social class structure;make sure the security of the working class political rights and the working class herostatus, establish and improve the worker labor protection and social security system,constantly improve the quality of the working class as a whole science and technology culture, focus on worker of difficult groups, maintain social justice; safeguard thelegitimate rights and interests of farmers, strengthen the construction of ruralgrassroots party organizations, steadily push forward democracy at the grassroots,develop the transformation of the mode of agricultural production, increase farmers’income, reduce the burden on farmers, establish rural social security system, helpfarmers of disadvantaged groups, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests ofmigrant workers, balance urban and rural development, promote the transfer ofagricultural population to non-agricultural fields.This paper study and analyze the influence of the party’s ruling foundationproblem with the reform and opening up30years in our country social stratumdifferentiation. Make the working class, peasant class and internal differentiation ofintellectual stratum into the scope of the ruling foundation. Analyze the formation ofnew social stratum and its important role in the consolidated party’s ruling foundation,combining with xi general secretary of the mass line and the policy of governing thecountry according to law, the change of social class make great influence of the party’sruling foundation, and put some way to solve these problems directly.In the case, social class structure has changed, study the change of social class,and its influence on the party’s ruling foundation is conducive to achieve the commongoal of socialist modernization construction, further mobilize all aspects of thepositive factors to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the Chinesedream.
