Study On The Yan’an Rectification Movement And The Current Idelolgical And Political Work Of Government Functionary

Strengthening the ideological and political work of office stuff is an important way to improve the quality of government functionary and an intrinsic requirement in strengthening the Party’s progressiveness and their administrative capacity building. This thesis analyzes the basic problems and their reasons in the ideological and political work of government functionary at present by introducing the scientific connotation of The Yan’an rectification movement and the importance of improving the ideological and political work of office stuff, and provides some thoughts on promoting the ideological and political work of office stuff with the spirits of The Yan’an rectification movement.In order to promote the Yan’an rectification spirit and innovate the ideological and political work of government functionary, government should, firstly, adhere to mass line and build a high-quality government functionary team; secondly, adhere to innovation and keep pace with times to expand the working stuff and innovate working mode; thirdly, adhere to the ideological line of seeking truth from facts and perfect the ideological and political working system; lastly, adhere to the criticism and self-criticism and perfect the ideological and political supervisory system. In all, government needs to expand the ideological and political working stuff with the Yan’an rectification spirit constantly, and guide the ideological and political work of government functionary with the nature of such spirit, so that Chinese great rejuvenation and China Dream can be realized.
