Research On The Developing Predicament And Solutions Of W’s Youth Social Service Organization

Youth people are important in social development, they are vibrant, full of inspiration, and are willing to take the initiative. In the past years, youth social service organizations in various regions and countries have played more significant roles in social affairs which are diversified. Countries and regions have both successes and failures in managing youth social service organization, which means that enough attention should be paid to these organizations to deal with a glittering array of social affairs.In recent years, youth social service organizations have developed rapidly, and various type organizations have emerged. The emergence of youth social service organization has its social and cultural backgrounds, including the disintegration of units, national controlling function attenuation, and development of government decentralization as well as network technology. The gathering of a dazzling array of youth is an important factor for the emergence of youth social service organizations. These organizations has played important roles in social development, for example, promoting the construction of national public service system so as to enable more youth to participate in social activities and strengthen social responsibilities, sense of social norms, encourage government officials to better perform the duties and satisfy the diversified requirements of them.The survey on W’s Youth Social Service Organizations indicates that it presents a growth momentum which has strong democratic atmosphere and actively intervene in social life. However, it is worth paying attention that these Youth Social Service Organizations have a dazzling array of problems, including: the personal identity is not obvious which constraints the surviving and further development; the uneven development among organizations is obvious; the sustainable development has problems; social influences are limited; the core values are extreme while part of Youth Social Service Organizations are not incompatible with mainstream culture. Comparing to the experience of Youth Social Service Organizations in other countries and regions, we have to establish a perfect institutional mechanism to guide the idea and behavior of the youth and expand its source of fund.After understanding the history of Youth Social Service Organizations, exploring the current situation of W’s Youth Social Service Organizations and comparing the development situations of Youth Social Service Organizations in other countries and regions, W’s Youth Social Service Organizations have to adopt the following suggestions: in terms of concept, we have to correctly treat Youth Social Service Organizations; in terms of management, strengthen the focus and support of China Communist Youth League to Youth Social Service Organizations; in terms of forms, establish hub-type Youth Social Service Organizations; in terms of integrated planning, we have to establish a management system which is diversified and dominated by party and government. As the official organization directly communicates with the youth, China Communist Youth League should play an important role.
